As the North Carolina Senate moves to take up the Council of State Voter-Owned Elections pilot project just passed by the house, the bill is getting positive press mentions in several papers.  Here are a couple from the Raleigh News and Observer [1] and the Asheville Citizen-Times [2] both urging the Senate to pass the bill.  It's likely to be quite a close vote, so this press support is great -- and remember if you live in North Carolina to give your state Senator a call!
