Congress needs to make a clean break from former Majority Leader Tom DeLay's legacy. They won't do that by simply picking a new leader from three members who have their own campaign finance and ethical problems. Real reform won't happen simply by replacing DeLay -- "DeLay-ism" needs to be replaced.
