Voter Owned Fair Elections

How can we get this system adopted by our whole
state. I am so sick and tired of big special
interests giving my state legislators big campaign comtributions for which I can not compete and then have to live with the decisions made by those
legislators who are influenced by those same
large contributions. And I don't believe that any
legislator is immune by saying money can't buy
his/her integrity.
