 <description>The leaders of New Jersey Citizen Action write in to the &lt;em&gt;Princeton Packet&lt;/em&gt; to express their displeasure with the decision to suspend the state&amp;#39;s Clean Election pilot program for the 2009 election cycle. NJ Citizen Action has been the engine behind Clean Elections progress in the state, and feel as we do that the decision to suspend the program was premature.</description>
