Continuing Debate on Public Financing in LA Submitted by Katie Schlieper on Wed, 10/25/2006 - 3:41pm.
The Los Angeles City Ethcs Commission is debating the specifics of a full public financing proposal to put before the city council - as well as when to advance that proposal, and whether it will be slated to appear on the city ballot in March.
