Clips Round-up for 3/6/13
Yesterday, the Hawaii House of Representatives passed legislation to establish a Fair Elections-type system for state legislators on a vote of 48-3. It now heads to the House. Public Campaign's field director is currently on the ground in Hawaii working with state advocates.

Special interests have cornered the market on elections and the public is not invited to the party. This program will allow legislators to spend less time raising money, amd more time solving problems"
