In a press call meant to have Sen. McCain (R-Ariz.) attack Gingrich on behalf of Romney, John McCain said, "I predict to you there will be a major scandal associated with the Supreme Court decision on Citizens United. There is too much money washing around." Romney, of course, is benefitting the most from this money.
