Watchdog exploring campaign finance and ethics law-breaking by Scott Walker
Yesterday, we put out a statement asking whether Walker broke the law in suggesting political coordination in the prank call he received with billionaire donor “David Koch.”
Gov. Walker prank-called by blogger posing as billionaire David Koch
David Donnelly: "In a call with who he thought to be billionaire political donor David Koch, Gov. Walker may have broken campaign finance and ethics laws. If he did, he should resign." Got lots of local pick up, and here’s PCAF mentions:

Prank call, effort to sell power plants prompt worries about GOP ties to Koch brothers
“Assembly Democrats tried but failed Wednesday to prevent Gov. Scott Walker from selling state-owned power plants without bids amid growing concerns by Democrats that the owners of a multi-billion dollar oil-and-gas company are driving the governor's legislative agenda.”
What a prank call proves about Wisconsin
Good piece from Ezra on Gov. Walker and the prank call he got from someone pretending to be David Koch - “That's where you see the access and power that major corporations and wealthy contributors will have in a Walker administration, and why so many in Wisconsin are reluctant to see the only major interest group representing workers taken out of the game.”

Liberals to stage Tea Party-like revolts against GOP spending cuts
I don’t know how I feel about the equivalency here, but Dems and unions are trying to pull a “Tea Party” on the budget and spending debates at town halls.
