Fair election act is a welcome step but we must wait to see the implementation strategy of it. In response to the Supreme Court decision in CITIZENS UNITED v. FEDERAL ELECTIONS COMMISSION, I have revised a proposal for campaign-finance reform that I offerred previously in an article titled "BLUEPRINT FOR A NON-VIOLENT REVOLUTION" (11/02/2008 on OpEdNews).
