Fair Elections is the Answer to Citizens United

Submitted by Monica Rober on Mon, 01/11/2010 - 17:49

In anticipation of the upcoming U.S. Supreme Court decision on Citizens United v. FEC, Public Campaign President Nick Nyhart argues Congress's response to the ruling should be passage of Fair Elections Now Act. "The public has lost confidence in Congress's ability to pass laws in the public interest and this decision could make an untenable situation worse. Congress should respond forcefully by passing the Fair Elections Now Act (S. 752, H.R. 1826), which expands the importance of the public's voice in politics."Click here to read the full article on The Huffington Post.
