Conn. Official to Argue for Campaign Finance Law

The Hartford Courant has reported that Connecticut's Secretary of State Susan Bysiewicz filed a "friend of the court" brief today with the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New York in support of the Citizens Election Program.
