Barbara Lawton (D-Wisc.) is calling for the prompt passage of the Impartial Justice Bill, which would set aside public funding for state Supreme Court races.Others from both parties are echoing her sentiment."Long-time Republican campaign operative and clean elections advocate Bill Kraus also spoke in favor of the bill... “The money problem can be fixed with public financing.
