Submitted by Monica Rober on Thu, 10/08/2009 - 19:47

The Connecticut Post editorializes on the need to fix Connecticut's Citizens' Election Program so that it remains in effect for the 2010 elections."The act is a good one and legislators, rather than waiting for the outcome of the appeal, should do whatever tweaking is necessary so the act can pass muster and remain in effect for the elections of 2010."
