Fact-Finding Mission or Exotic Getaway?

Submitted by Monica Rober on Mon, 06/29/2009 - 20:32

"But when they go on vacation, which is basically what these trips are, and spend their time going to resorts or hanging around lobbyists or executives in the health care industries, the voices of citizens aren't anywhere in that process."
