Chapel Hill Affirms Local Voter Owned Elections Program

After a vote on Monday, the roll-out of Chapel Hill's local Voter-Owned Elections program was affirmed. Chapel Hill is the first municipality in North Carolina to authorize public financing for town council and mayoral elections.
