With the recent appointment of former Rep. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-N.Y.) to fill Sec. of State Hillary Clinton’s Senate seat, the number of Senators supporting Fair Elections continues to grow.  A past signer of the Voter’s First Pledge while running for the House of Representatives, Sen. Gillibrand has a history of supporting publicly financed elections.
