Binghamton, New York's Press and Sun Bulletin has a letter to the editor from Kathleen Hull praising Clean Elections public financing systems and urging the New York legislature to aggressively pursue implementing such a program for their elections.  She urges voters to contact their state legislators about supporting such a program -- and even provides a link for finding phone numbers --so go ahead and take her up on that one.
