Alaskans for Clean Elections have submitted 32,000 signatures to qualify a Clean Elections initiative for the November ballot. Now the state Elections Division has to verify that at least 23,831 are from registered Alaska voters before the initiative to offer a full public financing option to candidates in the state will be placed on the ballot this year.
