Pilot Project Passed in California

Woo-hoo! California's Assembly has passed a bill, AB 583 sponsored by Loni Hancock (D) to create a Clean Elections pilot program for the gubernatorial race as well as for one Senate and one Assembly seat. Now it will go to the Senate for debate.
