New York Considers New Limits

New York City's City Council, along with Mayor Bloomberg, is considering a number of restrictions on so-called "pay to play" campaign contributions, looking to limit the amount lobbyists, developers, and corporations that do business with the city may give to candidates -- and exempt those contributions from the 4-1 matching funds small dollar contributions are elligible for.
