Clean Elections advocates rallied at Iowa's state Capitol yesterday in support House Study Bill 105 that would introduce full public financing of elections in Iowa. Winning Clean Elections there will be an uphill battle, but as Rep. Pam Jochum, chair of the State Government Committee says: "I don't want to have a scandal push us into reform. I want to clean up before we have a scandal." Go Iowa!
