The Asbury Park Press says that New Jersey legislators will vote this week on potential changes to the Clean Elections pilot program in the state. While not in line with the recommendations of the Citizens' Clean Elections Commission, they include such things as lowering the number of qualifying contributions, and changing the districts covered in the program.
