Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) announced her endorsement of California's Proposition 89, the Clean Money and Fair Elections Act.  Boxer joins House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), Democratic gubernatorial candidate Phil Angelides, and host of groups in supporting the inititative.
