Any North Carolinians with access to UNC-TV's NC Channel should tune in this Friday at 9PM, or Sunday at 5:30 PM to hear from Democracy North Carolina's Bob Hall about campaign finance reform efforts in the state, which we hope will include expanding the state's public financing program.
