The Fair Elections Now Act has come to the House!  A companion bill to the Senate legislation to create a full public financing program for congressional elections has been introduced in the House by Reps. John Larson (D-CT) and Walter Jones Jr. (R-NC).  This bipartisan introduction represents a major step forward for our efforts to bring the Fair and Clean Elections programs that have worked so well in seven states and two cities to Congress.
