Mike Coffman, Colorado's secretary of state, has this article in today's Coloradoan on his office's new policy whereby all candidates will be required to file their campaign finance reports online. Online disclosure increases the transparency of campaigns by making information about how campaigns are funded available to the public in a faster, more searchable format.
